How to
Sell.

Your clothes are sitting in your cupboard doing absolutely nothing. Here's how to turn them into actual money in 3 steps.

List Your Item

Click "+ Sell" and fill in the details — photos (at least 3, make them good), title, category, size, condition, and your price. Be honest about condition. Buyers trust sellers who keep it real. Takes about 5 minutes.

Someone Buys It

When a buyer purchases your item, you get a notification. We'll schedule a pickup from your address within 24–48 hours. You don't have to go anywhere. Just pack it.

3
Get Paid

Once delivery is confirmed, your payout hits your UPI ID within 3–5 working days. HyperThrift deducts a flat 8% commission. That's it. No hidden fees, no surprises.

Seller Guidelines

The Rules.
Keep it real.

Only sell wearable clothes

HyperThrift is for clothes that someone can actually wear. No torn, stained, or broken items. If you wouldn't give it to a friend, don't list it here.

Be honest about condition

Use the correct condition tag — Immaculate, Good, or Decent. Misrepresenting condition leads to returns, disputes, and getting removed from the platform. We take this seriously.

Use real photos

Photos must be of the actual item. No stock images, no brand website photos. At least one photo must show the item flat on a surface or on a person. Good lighting helps. Natural light is your best friend.

Pack it properly

When an item sells, pack it clean — fold it, put it in a bag or box. The buyer is paying good money. Make the unboxing experience worth it. Bad packaging = bad reviews.

Be available for pickup

Once an item sells, our courier will reach you in 24–48 hours. Make sure someone is available at your pickup address. Missed pickups delay delivery and affect your seller rating.

What gets you banned

Selling counterfeit or fake branded items, listing items you don't own, or attempting to transact outside the platform. We verify and we act. No second chances on these.

Returns Policy

We want every transaction to be smooth. Here's how we handle things when they're not.

When returns are accepted
  • Item received is significantly different from what was listed
  • Item has damage or stains not shown or mentioned in the listing
  • Wrong item was delivered
  • Item was listed as a specific size but delivered in a different size
When returns are NOT accepted
  • You changed your mind after purchase
  • Item doesn't fit (size was clearly mentioned in the listing)
  • Minor differences in colour due to photography/screen settings
  • Normal wear that was disclosed in the listing condition
How to raise a return
  1. Go to My Orders in your profile
  2. Select the order and tap "Raise a Dispute"
  3. Upload photos of the item received
  4. We review within 48 hours and contact both buyer and seller
  5. If approved, return pickup is scheduled and refund is processed within 5–7 working days
Return window

Returns must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. After that, the transaction is considered complete and the seller payout is processed.
